At Ecoquip we are committed to you. Our service commitment is to ensure minimal downtime and maximize your production.

Our pumpjack will be engineered specifically to meet your needs. Our attention to detail allows our excellent and knowledgeable field staff to install our unit right the first time. We will provide operations and engineering support, training and documents to operate the unit safely and efficiently. We offer field staff extensive initial training on the operation of our unit to ensure that equipment is operating at the highest level. There will continue to be ongoing support with any concerns that you might have.  

Your calls are important, and we will take action promptly.

Ecoquip support is available to our active customers 24-7. Ecoquip will be available for emergency calls; messages left for Ecoquip services will be responded to as soon as possible if not answered. We understand the frustration of equipment providers not getting timely repairs or answers back to customers – that’s why we always look at ourselves as a service company as much as a quality manufacturer to eliminate that frustration. 

Our rental unit commitment: 

Our rental units come with an immediate repair or replacement guarantee! If the unit can not be fixed promptly we will have a replacement unit installed immediately.

If you have any difficulties our team will immediately coordinate to meet your needs most efficiently to keep downtime at the absolute minimum.

If there are any issues they will be resolved promptly minimizing downtime. 

You will receive the same prompt service throughout the life of the pumpjack. 

We stand by our equipment and stand by our ability to offer prompt, effective service to ensure your operations continue with minimal to zero interruptions.
