The Ecoquip 9000 series Hydraulic Pumpjack has been engineered and designed to protect you and the environment.
All the seals and moving parts have been engineered with internal protection against spilling hydraulic oil or leaking nitrogen.
Master Cylinder:
The Master Cylinder is designed to be in perfect balance. The seals are initially capable of 8,700 psi (60,000kPa), far greater than the capacity of the hydraulic pump. Because the seals are rated at such a high pressure, there will be no nitrogen loss until the seals begin to wear out. The seal life is usually up to 5 years. As the seals wear, any leaking oil will be above the seals and contained in the cylinder, the oil leak will happen internally and that will be discovered during routine preventative maintenance. Because the system is balanced, there are no large pressure swings that come even close to MAWP.
Slave Cylinder: The slave cylinder assembly has three sets of seals – two pressure seals rated to 11,600psi (80,000kPa) and a wiper seal. As the pressure seals begin to wear (after approximately 5 years), oil will begin to pass through the pressure seals , but be contained by the wiper seal and returned by a hose to the hydraulic tank. Once again preventing any leaking oil and costly spill clean up.
The Ecoquip 9000 series Hydraulic Pumpjack has never had a mass release of hydraulic oil on a site. It also does not require constant charging of nitrogen like other units. Our design focuses on reliability, longevity and safety. Contact us today to discuss renting our purchasing our pumping units.
